- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
- Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or for limited edition products

3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
We ship to all 50 states. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and destination.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping availability and rates vary by country. International orders may be subject to:

5. ORDER TRACKING

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Paula Marie Skincare is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested before the order ships.
7. DELIVERY ISSUES
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address
- Contact the carrier directly
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will work with you to resolve the issue
8. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
9. WEATHER AND CARRIER DELAYS
Paula Marie Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend choosing expedited shipping during extreme weather conditions.
10. PRODUCT CARE DURING SHIPPING
Our skincare products are carefully packaged to withstand normal shipping conditions. However, extreme temperatures may affect product consistency. If you receive a product that appears affected by temperature, please contact us.
11. PO BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Please note that expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses.
